Your Webvangelist, It is apparently clear that you as a Christian are being refined day in and out, to actually come out brilliant as gold, you are an epitome of a Marble, which forms from the heat and pressure exerted on a Limestone...You have a better destiny in your creation than you are leading now... But who may abide the day of his coming? and who shall stand when He appeareth? for He is like a refiner's fire, and like a fullers' soap: -Malachi 3:2

JAIL FROM THE INSIDE OUT...
JAIL FROM THE INSIDE OUT!!!
Read:
Romans 6:15-23
----------------------------------------
"When you were slaves of sin, you were
free in regards to Righteousness." Romans 6:20
-----------------------------------------
From the outside, all jails look bad.But from the inside,
some prisons rate better than others. In 1992,The
Associated Press published an inmates' list of the nation's
10 best jails. Included in the survey werecell capacity,
TV service, meal quality, and visitation rights.
Some jails provide a smoke-free environment,
continuing education, and a good library. The first-rated
Fairbanks Correctional Center in Alaska, for instance, has
a capacity of 194, dormitory-style bunks in single and varied
and plentiful meals.
That got me thinking about our relationship to Christ. It can
look like a form of imprisonment to someone"on the outside."
To an unbeliever, obedience to the faithmay seem confining.
But from the inside, obedience to thefaith actually opens the
door to a whole new world of freedoms.Apostle Paul was
familiar with the inside of a cell.
He also knew that whether we are slaves to sin or to God isn't
He also knew that whether we are slaves to sin or to God isn't
determined by where we are doing time. It's a matter of the heart.
Paul knew that with bondage to sincomes an ever-increasing hunger
for that which dishonour God.
With slavery to God comes an ever-increased desire to do good,
With slavery to God comes an ever-increased desire to do good,
to love, and to be grateful for freedoms that brings no regret. - MRD II
We were imprisoned by our sin,
Controlled by evil ways;
But then the Savior set us free
To serve Him all our days. - Sper
OBEDIENCE TO GOD IS THE KEY TO FREEDOM. GOD BLESS YOU!!!

FAITH + TRIAL= PATIENCE
HIGHER MATHEMATICS
READ:
James 1:1-8
"Count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your
of your faith produces patience"
Mathematical formulas works well with numbers, but not with people. That's why this equation in James 1 sounds unworkable:
FAITH + TRIAL= PATIENCE
One might better try to mix oil and water. But what makes this formula work is confidence in God's unfailing love, which allows for all the human emotions that come with life's trials.
Shirley and her husband Roy proved that this equation is still up to date.
Here's their story:
Roy was told that in 6 months the plant where he worked would close but he would receive severance pay.
Shirley wrote,
"Praise the Lord for that-but also praise the Lord that He loves us so much He's given us yet another trial in our lives. (This will be the fourth time we're starting over in the 13 years we've been married.)
At first I panicked and questioned God's love. But I kept reading my Bible, stopped feeling sorry for myself, and started to pray for others.
As long as God gives us this roof over our heads(and even if we lose it), I'll thank Him."
So when you face trials, you can "count it all joy" if you add faith, knowing that God's love will never fail. As you do, you will develop an attitude of patient expectation, confident that God will do what is best. - DJD
"Afflictions may test me,
They cannot destroy;
One glimpse of Thy love
Turns them all into joy."-- Willett
